ARO belt filters efficiently clean process or machining fluids – emulsions, water, oils, and solutions – by removing solid particles. The uniquely deep filter bed allows for a higher fluid level compared to conventional flat-bed belt filters. The mesh for the conveyor belt is produced using a proprietary ARO-developed machine, ensuring perfect guidance of the filter paper. Thanks to the elevated return roller on the discharge side, the system offers a long drying section. In combination with a high-performance filter paper, the belt filter enables the formation of a compact filter cake. This leads to an excellent filtration result with low consumption of filter paper and the smallest possible liquid discharge.

Due to their low height, belt filters often allow contaminated fluid to flow freely onto the filter surface – eliminating the need for a lift pump or tank.
